Moonscapes
The moon reminds me of going to sleep in my childhood bedroom in Maine. Some nights the blue glow from the moon was so powerful that every detail of my surrounding space was illuminated, drenched in an otherworldly palette. Today, living in New York City where spotting the moon is a luxury, I often think back to bedtime in Maine. Those memories bring me comfort and a quick mental escape.
Here is a selection of limited edition photomontages featuring moons that I created from 2016 to the present.
